1-to-1 Heartfulness Meditation Course

This course is a private introduction into Heartfulness Meditation, a technique that helps you release negative energies and connect with the deeper potentials within yourself

The result of this practice is emotional steadiness, mental clarity and a deeper sense of connection.

To help you experience these results, we are offering 3 individual sessions to make sure that you learn the techniques correctly.

Course Details

This course consists of three online sessions that can be scheduled directly with a trainer at a time of your choosing.  The sessions will run via Google Meet and last about 30 minutes each.

Session 1: Relaxation
Introduction to the method and short relaxation exercise, followed by a meditation.
Possibility for sharing and questions.

Session 2: Cleaning
Experience a 10-minute guided cleansing, followed by a meditation.
Possibility for sharing and questions.

Session 3: Transmission
Experience what it feels like to flow through the heart into a meditative state.
Possibility for sharing and questions.
